  • Smoked duck on watercress with balsamic sweet strawberries.

Main courses

  • Tapenade baked cod filet with olive oil, on crushed new potatoes with wilted spinach and baby carrots
  • Courgette, feta and dill tartlette with rocket and sun blushed cherry tomato salad, crushed new potatoes and a vegetable bundle.
  • Seared Rib eye on roasted sweet potatoes, new potatoes and Puy lentils with crushed chili and fresh coriander.
  • Coq au vin - on garlic roasted Portabella mushroom and mash with a strip of crisp Prosciutto and a hearty Lyonaise jus
  • Fish pie – baked loin of cod on a carrot potato cake, topped a succulent prawn with a strip of Mille Feuille and beurre blanc.
  • Steamed shank of lamb with preserved lemons and cumin on a Moroccan couscous
