We have had so many compliments about the fantastic food that was served, especially on Saturday night, but also Friday night, Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch and we would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks, to Steve in particular, who I know was responsible specifically for the food.
I know its been said already, but I just need to re-iterate how much I enjoyed working with you and how much we all appreciate the 110% you gave to our event. You played such a large part in the theming and, like me, you were concerned about the smallest detail.
We will, of course, be in touch in the future. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else and we still have a batmitzvah and another barmitzvah to plan!

The food, service and tables were stunning, and then there was the cake!!!!! WOW Phil and i are very particular as you know and you even surpassed our expectations of what it was going to be like. You understood our vision perfectly.

We can’t thank you enough for what you did for us on the 30th.
When we got to the St Agnes’ Hall the transformation you’d performed on a really standard ‘white box’ church hall was just amazing — we kept joking in the run up to the wedding that Susie would be a Princess for the day, and you provided her with a palace for the night. The meal was fabulous, beautifully presented, expertly cooked, and an absolute delight to consume; the creperie was a great idea too. On top of all that the staff were magnificent, doing their jobs in such a friendly and efficient way — and it can’t have been easy for them negotiating their way around the tight spaces in the hail, but they did an expert job. The DJ was great too — I don’t think the dance-floor was empty at any point, a sure sign that he judged the music perfectly.
